To perform EHS safety check on engineering installation photos during field service operations, we will collect photos of your workwear when this feature is used. To provide digital fuel management for field service processing, we will collect the license plate numbers of fuel tankers and fuel purchase invoice information when you use this feature. This information is transmitted securely via encryption. Your personal data will be retained until the tenant is brought offline upon expiration. This service is essential for the app's functionality, and failing to access this information may impact your use of related services.
To conduct internal audit, data analysis, and research, and to improve products and services, we will collect your IP address, audit logs, and login logs when you use this feature. To troubleshoot and locate problems, provide technical support, fulfill legal obligations, ensure the reliable, secure, and stable running of products and services, and optimize products and services, we will collect the screenshots of issues, issue description, app logs, OS type, OS version, device type, device memory, and app version when you use this feature. To provide map-related features such as location services, navigation (via the AutoNavi and Google Maps apps), route planning, and address search, we will collect your precise location information for WO processing with your separate consent. When you use this feature, we may also collect precise location data, approximate location data, device model, operating system information, system settings, system properties, IP address, device information, basic app information (app name, app version, app ID, and Huawei Map SDK version), project ID, app usage information (anonymous application identifier (AAID)), sensors (gyroscope, accelerometer, magnetometer, barometer, and proximity sensor), Bluetooth information, carrier information, network information, WLAN information (BSSID, SSID, Wi-Fi status, and Wi-Fi parameters), base station information, mobile country code, and search keywords. To display FME locations on the GIS map, implement electronic fence and geo-fence, add watermarks to photos, automatically dot WOs, and perform attendance clock-in/out during field management, we will collect your precise location information after obtaining your consent (disabled by default). The default collection interval is 5 minutes and can be reduced to a minimum of 1 minute. When the app runs in the background, location information will continue to be collected to meet service requirements. This data is transmitted securely via encryption. Your personal data will be retained until the tenant is brought offline upon expiration. To provide question analysis, optimize the answer accuracy, and review the security of users' Q&A pairs when you use FMEMate to process WOs, we will collect your Q&A records, comments, and likes. The personal information will be protected through encrypted transmission and will be deleted when the tenant goes offline upon expiration. To provide the network speed test capability so that users can monitor the network speed of their mobile phones, we will collect your WLAN information (MAC address and SSID), carrier information, and network information. Such personal information will not be stored. This service is a core feature of the app. Missing this information may affect your use of related services.
To provide code scanning for O&M fault rectification and WO processing by opening APIs to internal embedded apps,we will collect the following information when you use the aforementioned feature:data you actively submit (images and text), sensor information (acceleration sensor and light sensor), network information (network type, carrier information, and WLAN information (Wi-Fi status)),app information (basic app information and variable device identifier), and device information (device model, system properties, and operating system information).
